COVID-19 information
For your safety and the safety of our staff, the following
is what you can expect in our offices:
All visits will be by appointment only
We ask that all patients 12 years and older come to their scheduled appointment by themselves unless prior arrangements have been made. If you need assistance at your appointment, please call our office in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Masks
In accordance with guidance from the CDC, all patients will be expected to wear a mask. The doctor and all staff members will also be wearing a mask during your visit.
Hand Sanitizer
There will be a hand sanitizing station set up right inside the door of our office, and we ask that you use it immediately upon entry to the office.
Temperature and Symptoms
Upon arrival at our office, your temperature will be taken. If you have a fever, we will ask that you reschedule your appointment. We will also ask if you have had any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in contact with anyone who has had symptoms or has tested positive for COVID-19. If your answer is yes to any of these questions, we will ask that you reschedule your appointment.
Office Cleaning
You can be assured that our staff will be thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all contact surfaces between patients.
